"Nothing was too much trouble", "the food was better than you can find at many a top restaurant" said more than a few guests. "He was never too busy to take the time to talk to you and explain his skills", said another. So it was with the utmost confidence that I asked him to work his same magic for daughter no.2 this year. "How did he manage to cook filet steak to such perfection for 110 people" - no doggie bags required on this occasion! Happily we have another daughter….. after that I shall have to content myself with the availability of his culinary skills and charm in catering for our future, much smaller dinner parties.
