Having experienced Nik Westacott's restaurant skills over a considerable number of years it was with a delightful
sense of anticipation when he agreed to cater for our daughter's wedding reception at home for 120 people.
"Nothing was too much trouble", "the food was better than you can find at many a top restaurant" said more than a few guests. "He was never too busy to take the time to talk to you and explain his skills", said another. So it was with the utmost confidence that I asked him to work his same magic for daughter no.2 this year. "How did he manage to cook filet steak to such perfection for 110 people" - no doggie bags required on this occasion!

Happily we have another daughter….. after that I shall have to content myself with the availability of his culinary skills and charm in catering for our future, much smaller dinner parties.
