For example, meet up around 12 noon and have a coffee, and plan
a menu. Off to market to get the ingredients, then back to your
or my venue. Spend two or three hours preparation. A break to
scrub up and then we cook and serve your guests.
It's light hearted, a lot of fun and every one that I have done
has encouraged the student to cook the dishes for themselves within
the next week!
